The New York Times reports that US President Joe Biden is once again preparing to sell Saudi Arabia advanced offensive weaponry, despite the opposition of Congress.
This step comes as Riyadh attempts to reach a long-term ceasefire with the Houthis, and in light of fears that the negotiations with them will collapse or that the war with Hamas will become a regional conflict.
