The vote in the UN Security Council on a resolution calling for a pause in the fighting in Gaza has been delayed again and will now take place tomorrow morning (Thursday).

The vote was originally supposed to take place on Monday and has been delayed four times in an attempt to secure a commitment from the US not to use its veto against the resolution.

The draft resolution does not mention Hamas or the terrorist organization's numerous crimes against humanity and focuses on ending Israel's retaliation for the October 7 massacre and providing aid to Gaza.
