IDF Special Forces and Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) Forces are currently with the released hostages, according to a statement from the IDF Spokesperson's Unit.

"The released hostages underwent an initial medical assessment inside Israeli territory. They will continue to be accompanied by IDF soldiers as they make their way to Israeli hospitals, where they will be reunited with their families," the statement said.

"The Israel Defense Forces salutes and embraces the released hostages upon their return home."
