Rishi Sunak calls prisoner swap deal 'crucial first step'

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak responded Wednesday to the announcement of an agreement to release civilian hostages in exchange for convicted terrorists.

"It's a crucial first step as we try and resolve this situation," Sunak said in parliament.
