Blinken: 'Humanitarian pauses are a way to facilitate aid'

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken told reporters: "We see humanitarian pauses as a method for allowing the people to absorb the humanitarian aid being brought in. There are a number of practical questions about how that aid is brought in, and continue to work on that going forward."
