Cyprus: Pipe bomb explodes near Israeli Embassy

Cyprus police on Saturday reported the arrests of four Syrians suspected of setting off a pipe bomb near the Israeli Embassy in Nicosia.

No one was injured, but some damage was caused, the report said.
