Former US President Donald Trump is en route to a New York courthouse for the beginning of his civil fraud trial.
New York Attorney General Letitia James has charged the former president with inflating the value of his assets and property in order to obtain better deals on loans and insurance policies. James is seeking to ban Trump as well as his sons Donald Jr. and Eric from conducting business in New York as well as to impose a $250 million fine.
