At least 120 people were arrested on Tuesday evening as clashes broke out between soccer fans and police officers in Tel Aviv, ahead of a match between the city’s two teams, Hapoel Tel Aviv and Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Police also confiscated 120 flares, 35 smoke grenades, four fireworks pistols and two firebombs. Two police officers were injured.
