UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres addressed the violence in Judea and Samaria this year in a speech to mark the start of the UN General Assembly today (Tuesday).
Guterres said that “escalating violence and bloodshed in the occupied Palestinian Territories is taking a terrible toll on civilians.”
“Unilateral actions are intensifying and undermining the possibility of a two-state solution," he added.
