250 Israelis are stuck in Bangkok due to a malfunction on an El Al plane that was discovered just before takeoff, and will remain there until the end of Shabbat.
El Al said, "During the transfer of flight LY084 to the runway, a technical fault was discovered on the plane that could not be foreseen. El Al teams are working to repair the fault and our people handled the transfer of the passengers to a hotel until the time of departure of the alternative flight on Saturday night."
