Australia has launched an urgent operation to rescue an Antarctica researcher who has a "developing medical condition," BBC reported.
The researcher is currently stationed in the southernmost continent's Casey outpost.
According to the Australian Antarctic Program (AAP), the icebreaker RSV Nuyina left from Tasmania last week.
