Israel Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a woman aged about 40 in Be'er Sheva.
The woman was evacuated by MDA on Friday night in critical condition from a supportive housing facility for individuals with mental limitations and developmental delays.
The woman's body showed signs of bruising, and doctors at Soroka Medical Center were forced to declare the woman's death on Saturday morning.
