Magen David Adom (MDA) were forced to declare the death of a 60-year-old man who was found unconscious in an apartment on Natan Hanavi Street in Tel Aviv.
Paramedics arriving at the scene found the man with no heartbeat and not breathing, and following medical tests declared his death.
