An indictment was filed at the Be'er Sheva Magistrate's Court against a 21-year-old resident of Jerusalem for attacking a soldier during clashes between left-wing activists and settlers near Mitzpe Avigayil in southern Hebron last December.
Military forces that were in operational duty on the spot defused friction between the parties. '
The accused began to take pictures of one of the soldiers while calling him abusive words and later attacked him, causing damage to his cell phone.
