Jewish Agency chairman: 'This is a pure hate crime'

Major General (Res.) Doron Almog, Chairman of The Jewish Agency For Israel, commented on the planned burning of a Jewish Bible in Sweden: "The Bible, is our heritage. I strongly condemn the Swedish authorities' permission to burn holy books. This is a pure hate crime. Our hearts go out to the Jewish community in Sweden. We embrace the representatives of The Jewish Agency and the State of Israel working in the area."
