The police arrested an kindergarten assistant and a teacher on suspicion of abusing toddlers between the ages of one and three at a kindergarten in Hadera, following complaints from the toddlers' parents.
A lawyer for one of the suspects filed an appeal to the Magistrate's Court in Hadera.
