EU Ambassador to Israel Dimiter Tzantchev responded to the Tal Aviv terror attack.
"Shocked by the terror attack in Tel Aviv", Tzantchev wrote, "Sending wishes for a full and speedy recovery to the injured".
"Violence against civilians is never justified", he added, "The EU stands with Israel in its fight against terrorism".
