The South District Prosecutor's Office submitted to the district court in the city an indictment against Obeidah Abu Arar (22) who is appealing for weapons offenses after he was recorded firing a weapon in a residential area.
Attached to the indictment was a request to detain him until the end of the proceedings against him.
