The Ministerial Committee for Legislation approved the bill proposed by MK Ohad Tal (Religious Zionism) according to which minimum compensations will be established for families affected by terrorism to be collected from the Palestinian Authority
According to the bill, the compensation for those who have been injured by terrorism will not be less than the following amounts: For the estate of an injured person who was killed due to an act of terrorism - 10,000,000 NIS. For an injured person who was directly injured by an act of terrorism - 10,000,000 NIS. For a person who is a first-degree relative of a person killed in the act of terrorism - NIS 8,000,000.
