A 23-year-old man suffered moderate to serious injuries after falling from a horse in Segev Shalom in southern Israel.
Magen David Adom (MDA) provided the man with first aid and evacuated him to Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva, suffering from multisystem injuries.
