Labor leader: 'Terrorist settler militias set out to burn villages'

Labor Party MK Merav Michaeli called for a strong response to the burning of houses and cars in the Palestinian village of Turmus Aya.

"The terrorist militias of the settlers set out to burn villages and towns as revenge. There is no sovereignty. There is no governance. There is no army. There is no police. Only groups of violent settlers and thugs who take the law into their own hands. It is time to fight this terrorism with a hard hand as well. Before it hurts us all," she wrote.
