The South District Attorney's Office recently submitted to the Traffic Court in Ashdod an indictment against Salomon Malko (49) from Yavneh after he caused the death of a 7-year-old boy due to his negligent driving.
Solomon was charged with causing death by negligent driving, failure to allow a pedestrian to exit a crosswalk safely, and driving a bus without a tachograph disk.
