MK Moshe Saada (Likud) criticized Karine Elharrar (Yesh Atid) following an interview with Yedioth Ahronoth in which she threatened the government if it advances the reform.

"Lapid's representative on the committee for selecting judges, the one chosen thanks to the votes of Knesset members who call themselves "right-wing", is already using a crude discourse of threats and blackmail. A discourse that is more suitable for crime families and less for a member of the Knesset and its representative on the committee for appointing judges. This is a criminal pattern and the more we give in - these threats will only increase. I will do everything in my power so that the reform in the system is carried out, despite the criminal discourse and the threats that confused public representatives dare to resort to."
