Russia is claiming that Ukraine fired a missile at the place where Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov had left minutes earlier in the Kherson region.
It was also claimed that: "the missile that was fired and intended to hit Manturov was made in Britain."
