Prime Minister Netanyahu and Justice Minister Levin met today for 3 hours in Caesarea.
According to journalist Dafna Liel, Netanyahu supports maintaining the existing practice of electing an opposition representative and a coalition representative to the committee for selecting judges. Levin, on the other hand, wants two coalition representatives to increase the chance that he will be able to obtain a majority to appoint the next president of the Supreme Court.
