The commander of the Jerusalem Police, Doron Turgeman, presented a certificate of recognition and appreciation to the citizen who neutralized the terrorist who carried out the ramming attack on the eve of Israel's Memorial Day near Mahane Yehuda Market in Jerusalem.
Superintendent Turgeman told the citizen, who after neutralizing the terrorist also provided first aid to the wounded, that "you showed resourcefulness and acted with professionalism and composure, thus preventing injury to other innocent people."
