A Ukrainian army officer stationed in Kherson told CNN on Tuesday that he and his colleagues saw "lots of Russian soldiers washed away" after the explosion of the Nova Kakhovka dam.
He added that many Russian soldiers were killed and injured in the first hours after the flooding.
