A new hotline was inaugurated which is designed to provide a professional response to complex inquiries, including sensitive and humanitarian inquiries, that reach the Authority for Registration and Settlement of Real Estate Rights. Every day, the general service hotline of the Ministry of Justice receives about 900 inquiries on matters related to the Authority, including about 100 complex inquiries, which require and require handling by professional officials of the Authority.
Up until now, these inquiries were forwarded to the bureaus for further processing, but as of today, these inquiries will immediately go to the hotline and the service within the authority itself and will be handled with support by professionals, with the aim of providing the public with a professional response immediately, while shortening the response and response times.
The Director General of the Ministry of Justice, Itamar Donenfeld, commented: "We see great importance in the initiation of this professional and efficient hotline, as part of the ministry's service concept with the aim of providing an immediate response to the general public on complex issues, beyond referring it to the registry office. The answer will be given by top professional officials, who were carefully selected, all for the sake of improving the service to the public."
