The National Labor Court rejected the state's request and did not issue injunctions to the teachers' union which, as part of its labor dispute, froze the preparation of the trips to Poland in all schools.
According to Army Radio, the court ruled that the first trip to Poland only leaves at the end of July and there is enough time to continue negotiations. As part of the negotiations, the unions stated that it would allow the teachers to hold graduation parties.
