The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office submitted charges against a resident of Ramallah approximately 16 years of age after he entered pre-'67 Israeli territory without a permit, stole a car in Bat Yam, and fled from police while driving wildly and dangerously.
The minor was pursued by police cars and motorcycles, hitting vehicles until he drove over spikes placed by police and collided with a light pole before being apprehended.
