Highway 25 in southern Israel, which had been closed to traffic due to the weather, has been reopened.
Highway 90 remains closed from Ein Bokek to Ein Gedi in both directions, and Highway 40 remains closed from the Tzihor junction to Mitzpe Ramon in both directions.
