Director General of the Ministry of Finance Shlomi Heisler and Director General of the Population and Immigration Authority Eyal Sisu toured the government printing office as part of the "Passport Marathon" operation to deal with the passport request backlog in Israel.
As part of the visit, the two met with Roni Parkin, the director of the office and heard from him about the hard work they have been doing since the operation began and in general. Solutions were examined in order to speed up the operation and optimize the rate of production of passports.
