Hamas leader arrested in Ramallah

The ISA and undercover Border Police in Jerusalem worked to arrest a terrorist member of the terrorist organization Hamas in Ramallah on suspicion of planning to carry out an attack.

The detainee was handed over to the ISA for further investigation.
