A bill promoted by Otzma Yehudit's MKs Yitzhak Kreuzer and Limor Son Har-Melech was approved in its preliminary reading today.
The new law would increase the punishment for sexual attacks carried out by anti-Semitic Arabs against Jewish women.
According to the proposal, the punishment would be doubled from its current version.
