The prosecutors office announced today (Sunday) that it decided not to appeal to the Supreme Court the decision of the District Court in Nazareth to acquit Roman Zdorov of the murder of the girl Tair Rada, after he had served about 15 years in prison.
The decision was made by State Attorney Amit Isman and the criminal department of the state prosecutor office.
