Sources privy to the details of the talks on a ceasefire told Kan 11 News on Thursday night that the Islamic Jihad cut off contact with some of the Egyptian mediators for a few hours or made demands that Israel defined as “bizarre”.
However, the sources said, the Islamic Jihad returned to the talks in the last few hours.
