As part of the campaign against the Palestinian Islamic Jihad organization, 25 terrorist operatives associated with the organization were arrested throughout Judea and Samaria in recent days in a joint operation by the ISA, the IDF, and the Border Police.

Some of the jihadists who were arrested were the recruits of Tarek Ezz al-Adin, the senior jihadist who was killed at the beginning of the operation, who was one of the perpetrators of terrorism in Judea and Samaria and directed dozens of terrorist squads from the Gaza Strip to carry out attacks. The detainees were transferred to the Shin Bet investigation.

The prominent activists who were arrested: Ahmed Abu Nasr, 60 years old, a resident of Kfar Naama, one of the senior members of the Islamic Jihad in the region who was in contact with the Gaza Strip; Hadi Nazal, 21 years old, a resident of Qabatia, was in contact with the senior member of the Islamic Jihad Tarek Ezz al-Adin; Alaa Abu Ada, 30 years old and Sagi Atiya, 35 years old, residents of Kfar Naama, with ties to the Gaza Strip; Ahmed Bariush, 38 years old, resident of Dora.
