Poll: 30% of the public supports targeted killings

A survey conducted by the Ma'ariv asked what people believe would bring long-term peace to Gaza.

According to the findings, the two solutions more acceptable to survey participants are: targeting top terrorists as a permanent policy (30%) or a long-term cease-fire agreement with international guarantees (26%).

Only 16% of the respondents said that re-capturing Gaza would offer the best long-term solution.
