Minister Eli Cohen: Egypt appealed to us for a ceasefire

Foreign Minister Eli Cohen confirms that Egypt is mediating in an attempt to bring about a ceasefire on the Gaza border.

"Egypt approached us with a request for a cease-fire - the issue will be examined," Cohen said in an interview with Kan News TV.
