Netanyahu: 'No terrorist is immune'

Prime Minister Netanyahu commented at the end of a cabinet meeting: "As early as last week, I instructed the Defense Minister to strike at the heads of the organizations responsible for the rocket attacks. We must have patience. No terrorist is immune."
