Israel's former ambassador to the UN, Likud MK Danny Danon, commented on the US Embassy's announcement about Operation "Shield and Arrow".
"I say tonight to our friends in the United States: Israel will continue to resolutely protect its citizens. Just as the United States would not hesitate to act if even one rocket landed on its territory - so will we," Danon said.
