Speaking on Radio 103FM, Likud MK Yisrael Katz, who is a member of the government's state security cabinet, warned the terrorist organizations against escalating the conflict still further.
"If we need there to be a war, something we would prefer to avoid, then there will be a war," Katz said. "Last night there was an amazing operation, one of great significance. The more precise we can be, the more shock and bewilderment and deterrence we create on the other side. Hamas leaders must realize that if they respond, Yihya Sinwar and Muhammad Deif will be the first on the list for the next round of targeted killings."
