According to MK Danny Danon, a member of the Knesset Foreign Affairs & Defense Committee, Hamas would do well not to respond to Operation Shield and Arrow in Gaza.
"Senior Hamas officials have been exposed to the might of the IDF, and they know that nobody is immune," Danon said.
"I congratulate the Prime Minister and Defense Minister for their decision to launch an operation and I send my encouragement to the soldiers of the IDF and the members of our security forces," he added. "We will pursue the enemy, reaching them wherever they are and destroying them," he concluded, paraphrasing a passage from the Psalms.
