Approximately 6.5 tons of expired food and more than half a million shekels were found during a government raid in Moshav Ahismakh in central Israel.
During the raid, sanitary deficiencies in a spice warehouse were exposed, fines were imposed on farm owners who broke the law and various official reports were filed.
Some of those involved were summoned for police investigation.
