Culture Minister Miki Zohar (Likud) denied that there are tensions in relations with the United States.
Zohar told 103FM Radio: "The Americans see the Israeli media, the demonstrations, and the mess that has been created and they are disturbed by it. I understand our opponents' desire to make it appear as though the relationship with the US has been damaged but this is not the case," he was quoted as saying.
