Health Minister Moshe Arbel says that actions must be taken to explain the dangers of using electronic cigarettes.
This follows two difficult cases that occurred recently - the death of 16-year-old Midan Baruch Keller of Rehovot and the hospitalization last night of another 16-year-old boy whose lungs collapsed due to the use of electronic cigarettes.
