The Deputy Chief of Staff, Major General Amir Baram, spoke at the graduation ceremony at the IDF's Training Base 1 held this afternoon (Tuesday) and commented on the firing of rockets from the Gaza Strip towards Israel.
Baram said: "Even at this very moment we are busy with security challenges. Following the rocket fire that was just carried out into Sderot and the Gaza Strip - I will assure you that the IDF will respond and act in a determined and meaningful way in order to restore peace to the residents of the State of Israel."
