The driver who caused a deadly accident in which an infant was killed on Independence Day was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and drug consumption. She had been previously caught driving under the influence of alcohol and as a result her driver's license was revoked, according to Channel 13 News.
The driver will be brought into custody this evening on suspicion of reckless homicide, drunken driving and the influence of drugs. She denies what is attributed to her.
