The head of the opposition and chairman of Yesh Atid, Yair Lapid, criticized the demonstration in Jerusalem.

"I feel deep shame and deep sadness, and this is what every Israeli who is part of the sane majority felt when he saw the protesters stepping on pictures of Supreme Court judges. It didn't happen in the La Familia riot, but in a demonstration that Prime Minister Netanyahu put Likud money to finance and Justice Minister Levin was a key speaker in it."

"The inflammatory speeches of the ministers and MKs only continue to tear the people apart and tear apart Israeli society. They are lies and fakes just for more headlines. Where does this government want to lead us? What else will they do to the State of Israel and the people of Israel before they are stopped?" Lapid wrote on Twitter.
