A US court rejected former President Donald Trump's attempt to prevent his former Vice President, Mike Pence, from testifying about Trump's part in the events of the break-in to the Capitol on January 6, 2021 and alleged attempts to sway the 2020 election results.
Pence has already announced that he will not appeal the decision requiring him to testify before a federal grand jury.
